Dr. Parvathaneni joined the UW faculty in August 2006 and is an Associate Professor in the department of Radiation Oncology. He has board-certification in Radiation Oncology from Australia and U.S.A. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. Dr. Parvathaneni specializes in treating Head and neck tumors, Merkel cell and skin cancers, Salivary gland tumors

Dr Andy Cousins is currently Chief Radiation Oncology Physicist at Christchurch Hospital in New Zealand, where he leads a team of 10 physicists and 6 registrar physicists. After a career as a research scientist in university and government laboratories he moved into medical physics and trained in the UK. He moved over to New Zealand in 2012 and since then has taken a lead in safely implementing new treatment techniques and equipment to the Christchurch department.

Special interest in Neuroradiology, Chest and Abdominal Radiology. Over 15 years of experience in technology enhanced learning. Completed the 2 year Master of Health Professions Education (MHPE) Program at Maastricht University in 2012.

She obtained her undergraduate medical degree from the National University of Singapore, NUS and her post-graduate degree, FRCR-MMed (Diagnostic Radiology) in 2012. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. She was awarded the Academic Medicine Development Award in 2014 and has completed her sub-specialisation in abdominal MR imaging at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
